These Terms and Refund Policy govern your use of obengdata.com and all data bundle purchases made through our platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Terms of Use

By accessing or using obengdata.com, you agree to the following:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during any purchase or registration.
  • You are solely responsible for entering the correct recipient phone number and selecting the correct network.
  • You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

2. Nature of Our Products

All data bundles sold on Obeng Data are digital products. Once a bundle is successfully delivered to the recipient's phone number, the product has been fully consumed and the transaction is considered complete.

Please note: Data bundles are activated immediately or within a very short time after a successful payment. Always double-check the recipient's phone number and network before completing your purchase.

3. Refund Policy

All data bundles purchased on obengdata.com are digital products and are non-refundable once successfully delivered.

Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • Payment was successfully deducted but the data bundle was not delivered due to a confirmed system error on our platform.

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:

  • An incorrect phone number or network selected by the customer.
  • Data bundles that have already been successfully delivered or partially used.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by the mobile network operator (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo).
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window has elapsed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To be considered for a refund, please follow these steps within 24 hours of your transaction:

Gather Your Transaction Reference Locate the transaction reference number from your payment confirmation (Paystack receipt or SMS).

Contact Us Within 24 Hours Reach out to us via email at obengdata2004@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0537204692.

Provide Required Information Include your full name, the recipient phone number, the network, the data bundle purchased, and your transaction reference number.

Await Review Our team will investigate and respond to your request within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., Mobile Money or card) used during the transaction.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be completed within 1–2 business days of approval. Actual receipt may vary depending on your bank or mobile money provider.

6. Payments

All payments on Obeng Data are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and major debit/credit cards.

  • Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
  • All prices include applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure our platform is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from:

  • Scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
  • Network outages or interruptions on the part of telecom providers.
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obeng Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single transaction shall not exceed the value of that transaction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
